Product · Viglia Vision

Map the public market around you.

Viglia Vision reads the last 36 months of awarded contracts (BOAMP, TED and French public procurement open data): who buys, who wins, where, for how much and against whom, then what is due for renewal.

Your catalogue is the reference. You keep the decision.

How Viglia Vision links the awards

Vision computes nothing without a published basis. Each view starts from award notices and French open data, linked to the organisations they name.

  1. Gather the awards

BOAMP and TED award notices and French public procurement open data (DECP) from the last 36 months, for your account's countries.

  2. Identify the organisations

Buyers and suppliers are tied to their identity, with the SIRENE register in France, so the contracts of one organisation are grouped together.

  3. Compare without adding up

Vision shows who won what, where and for how much. It produces no market share: adding up overlapping sources would create duplicates.

  4. Estimate renewals

The published start date and duration point to a possible end. The estimate shows its basis; it does not announce a tender.

Where the data comes from

From award notices published on BOAMP and TED, and French public procurement essential data (DECP) published as open data on data.gouv.fr, over 36 months. France is your account's default country.

A value is only shown with the currency the source published. When a source publishes neither the value nor the winner, the information is marked as missing, never replaced by a zero or an estimate.

What your team decides

  • Whom to meet: Vision shows buyers and their incumbents; choosing the meetings is up to you.
  • Whether to position for a renewal: an estimated end date is a horizon to watch, not an announced tender.
  • How to read a competitor: a public award history says nothing about their future prices or strategy.

What we do not promise

  • Your account's countries, France by default; BOAMP, TED and DECP over 36 months.
  • No additive market share; an estimated renewal is not a published tender.
  • No invented contacts: only already-published details are shown.

Your data stays yours

Public sources (notices, awards, local-authority documents) form a shared base. Your catalogue, documents, scores, decisions and strategy stay in your company's own space: no other customer company can see them, competitors included, and they never feed that shared base.

Two competitors can use Viglia at the same time: each sees the same public notices, neither sees the other's targeting or choices.

How to get started

  1. A demo on your business

You walk us through what you sell, your countries and two or three notices you know. We show what the product keeps from them, and why.

  2. A scope confirmed before you commit

Enabled sources, territories, products and limits are confirmed with you. Pricing is shared at that point, per seat and per product.

  3. Set-up with the team

We configure your catalogue, areas and priorities with you, then adjust the targeting from your first feedback, with your approval.

FAQ

Where does Viglia Vision's data come from?

From award notices published on BOAMP and TED, French public procurement open data (DECP) and the SIRENE register to identify organisations. Every figure links back to its source.

Does Vision calculate market share?

No. Adding award lines from different sources would create duplicates and misleading totals. Vision shows who won what, where and for how much.

Can I buy Viglia Vision on its own?

Yes. Each product is sold separately, per seat. The Viglia Elite plan gives one member all three products. Pricing is shared on request, once your scope is defined.

Does Viglia Vision work outside France?

France is the default country. Other countries can be opened on your account depending on the awards their sources publish; the demo confirms what is available for your markets.
