How Viglia Tenders decides what you see
Selection starts from your catalogue, not a keyword list. Each notice goes through four checks, and each one leaves a readable reason on the record.
-
The procurement family
CPV codes and the notice category find a first family of contracts. It is only a starting point: a broad code often covers very different needs.
-
The actual requirement
The notice text and, where accessible, the tender documents are read to learn what the buyer is ordering, lot by lot, in the original language.
-
Your catalogue
The requirement is matched with the products and services of each of your brands. A lot outside your catalogue is set aside with its reason; the original notice stays available.
-
Your priorities
Delivery area, value, deadline and exclusions rank the compatible contracts. The displayed score summarises these reasons: it ranks, it does not predict your chance of winning.
Where the notices come from
Viglia Tenders supports more than 200 official sources in more than 60 countries, across six continents: TED and BOAMP, SAM.gov and several US state portals, CanadaBuys and SEAO, NSPA and NCIA for NATO, the World Bank and national portals in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Oceania. France is our home market, not the edge of the coverage.
A supported source is not automatically enabled for your account. Before you commit, we confirm the sources enabled for your countries, the documents you can access and each portal's limits. The contractual coverage guarantee applies to TED, BOAMP, NSPA and NCIA; other sources are monitored without that guarantee.

What your team decides, and Viglia does not
- Whether to bid: bid / no-bid support sets out the reasons (market, competition, price, margin, strategy); the decision stays yours.
- Your ability to deliver: stock, lead times, references and eligibility stay points to check, never inferred facts.
- Targeting changes: a reasoned rejection can lead to a proposed adjustment of your criteria, applied only once you approve it.
- Your response: writing and submitting the bid stay with you; Viglia submits nothing on your behalf.
What we do not promise
- Only TED, BOAMP, NSPA and NCIA carry a contractual coverage guarantee.
- Automated response drafting and submission are not commercially available.
- A re-tender forecast is not a published tender.
Your data stays yours
Public sources (notices, awards, local-authority documents) form a shared base. Your catalogue, documents, scores, decisions and strategy stay in your company's own space: no other customer company can see them, competitors included, and they never feed that shared base.
Two competitors can use Viglia at the same time: each sees the same public notices, neither sees the other's targeting or choices.

FAQ
Does Viglia Tenders replace reading the tender documents?
No. The summary and compliance matrix speed up reading and cite their sources, but the buyer's documents remain authoritative for eligibility, amendments and submission.
Can Viglia Tenders be bought on its own?
Yes. Each product is sold separately, per seat. The Viglia Elite plan gives one member all three products. Pricing is shared on request, once your scope is defined.
How is the source scope set?
With you, before you commit: your countries, buyers and priority portals, with each source's limits.
How is the relevance score calculated?
It combines the procurement family, the requirement read in the notice and its documents, the match with your catalogue and your priorities (area, value, deadline, exclusions). The record shows these reasons. The score ranks opportunities; it is not a probability of winning the contract.
